April 20- WeVideo practice

Today’s plan for learning how to use WeVideo

When you are done with this assignment, you will have created a short, two frame video with music

Step one: Go to Google Images

Step Two: Find two pictures that express how you feel about your favorite activity

Step three: Right-click on each image and click “save image as…” Save them to your J: drive under “My Downloads”

Step Four: Go to WeVideo.com. Set up an account USING YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL

Step Five: Click on Create New Video

Step Six: Upload both your pictures using the Upload Media button

ADDING TEXT

Step one: Click on the tab that says TEXT. Choose one type.

Step two: Click on Edit. Type in something you might say about the picture

Step three: Click done editing

ADDING MUSIC

Step one: Go to youtube

Step two: Find a song that has exciting music

Step three: Save the URL

Step four: Go to www.youtubeinMP3.com

Step five: Paste the URL into the search box and click download Mp3. You may have to do this twice. If a new window pops up, asking you to install anything, DO NOT DO IT!

Step six: Go back to WeVideo

Step seven Click the media button

Step Eight Click on Upload Media.

PLAY AROUND WITH OTHER THINGS-FONT, FADING, LENGTH OF PICTURES

Make at least a couple of other changes.

SAVING YOUR MOVIE

Step one: Click on PUBLISH. Top of the page

Step two: Scroll down and click PUBLISH VIDEO

Step three: Go back to your video and click on EXPORT

Step Four: Click on your video, then click on the blue button on lower right of screen

Step Five: Click on Embed. Copy the link and email that link to me.
